Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges for international orders:

– Returns and exchanges are within 3 days after receiving your item.

– If you have any concerns regarding your order, please email us at customercare@aliaabaza.com

– Customers will be responsible for organizing the return/exchange to the designated address that will be provided by Alia Abaza through email

Alia Abaza will reimburse the customer for the return/exchange costs only in case the item was defective.

– In case of defective items, please email Alia Abaza with the item pictures, and that will be followed by an immediate refund of the full item price, and return cost that was incurred by the customer to return the item.

– Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How soon will I get my refund?

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

– If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 4-10 working days.

 

Returns and Exchanges for orders placed inside Egypt:

– If you were unhappy with your purchase, we will accept returns/exchanges if it was only in the same condition as purchased and within 48 hours from the date you received the item.

– Items that are custom-made, in terms of measurements and colors, can not be exchanged or refunded

 

How to return an item?

Please send an email to customercare@aliaabaza.com mentioning the order details (order number, name, address, mobile number) and your concern, and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Kindly be notified that all shipping costs are handled by the customer.
